Moving ahead?

We have someone coming to look at the house tomorrow.  It's actually a company called HomeVestors (aka "We Buy Ugly Houses").  But they seem to fall into the strategy we have anyway - which is to sell the house at a discounted rate for someone who will take over the repairs and upgrades.  This company specializes in that.  Will they come up with an insult or a good offer?  Time will tell.  Of course, if it IS a good offer, we have to wait until at least January 2012 as we have a contract with a realtor until then.
